On Sunday, Feb. 22, former West Haven High School standout Amani Abuhatab helped lead the Mercy Mavericks to a 72-57 victory against the Molloy Lions.
The 5′6″ junior guard finished with 20 points, 4 assists and 3 rebounds during her 33 minutes on the court.
Abuhatab and the Mavericks are set to play St Thomas Aquinas Lady Spartans at home on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 12 p.m.
Carolyn Martin has been named MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Coach of the Year after leading Quinnipiac to its first conference championship. This marks her seventh such honor within MAAC competition. The team’s success capped off a historic Triple Crown season.
The Quinnipiac women’s golf team set a new program record at the Ann Arbor Regional with their best-ever NCAA Regional score. Several players achieved personal bests as they wrapped up play at University of Michigan Golf Course.
