On Saturday, March 22, former Xavier High School standout Blake Beattie’s current college team, the New Haven Chargers, lost 6-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Franklin Pierce Ravens.

The game took place at Frank Vieira Field. This was their second matchup against the Ravens this season.

The Chargers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 23 at 12 p.m. at Frank Vieira Field against Saint Michael’s Purple Knights.
