On Sunday, March 9, former Xavier High School standout Blake Beattie’s current college team, the New Haven Chargers, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Molloy Lions.
The game took place at Lynn Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Lions this season.
The Chargers’ next game is scheduled for Monday, March 10 at 6 p.m. at Feinbloom Field against Barry Buccaneers.
