Former Jonathan Law High School standout Jaden Wywoda and his current team, the Holy Cross Crusaders, suffered a 15-3 defeat against the Portland Pilots in their NCAA Division I baseball matchup on Thursday, March 5, at 6 p.m.

The teams faced off at Joe Etzel Field, marking the first meeting between the Crusaders and Pilots this season.

Wywoda gave up eight earned runs in 3.1 innings and walked two batters.

Holy Cross will play their next game at Joe Etzel Field against the Portland Pilots on Friday, March 6, at 6 p.m.
