On Sunday, April 6, former Branford High School standout Marzia Johnson’s current college team, the New Haven Chargers, lost 3-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Assumption Greyhounds.

The game took place at New Haven Softball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Greyhounds this season.

The Chargers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 2:30 p.m. at New Haven Softball Field against Southern Connecticut Owls.
