On Monday, March 10, former East Haven High School standout Jilien Ayala’s current college team, the American International Yellow Jackets, lost 9-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the St. Thomas Aquinas Spartans.

The game took place at Legends Way Ballfields. This was their second matchup against the Spartans this season.

The Yellow Jackets’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 2 p.m. at Legends Way Ballfields against Queens Knights.
