On Saturday, March 22, former Branford High School standout Owen Sotero’s current college team, the Southern Connecticut State Owls, won 12-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Saint Michael’s Purple Knights.

The game took place at The Ballpark at SCSU. This was their second matchup against the Purple Knights this season.

The Owls’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 23 at 12 p.m. at The Ballpark at SCSU against Franklin Pierce Ravens.
