This workshop is geared primarily to small businesses...but will have applications to ALL businesses and organizations.
The trainers will move far beyond establishing the business and human case for diversity & inclusion, to explore the realistic challenges and considerations of creating an inclusive workplace and embedding equity throughout the organization to create fair and sustainable opportunities for every employee. While small businesses may lack the resources that larger corporations have, they are often more nimble and can make decisions, sooner, that will impact their DEI environments.
By the end of this workshop, businesses will be equipped with new frameworks, ideas, tools, strategies, and what to avoid, in order to create a more inclusive workplace, where mental shortcuts -- that lead to snap judgments based on gender and race -- are minimized.
