At Hubbard Park
On Sunday, August 07, 2022, the 55th Meriden Annual Puerto Rican Festival will take place at Hubbard Park from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The goals of this festival are to promote pride in the Puerto Rican culture, share this culture with the wider community and bring families together.
There will be live Latin entertainment providing a variety of Latin music including Salsa and Merengue. A cultural tent will feature displays of Puerto Rican food, art, information about famous Puerto Ricans, cultural customs, and more. There will also be activities for children, families and the elderly. Numerous food vendors will be on hand to provide a wide offering of Spanish food.
The event is free to all Meriden and non-Meriden residents.
