Meriden Public Library (inside the Meriden Mall at 470 Lewis Avenue, use TJ Maxx entrance)
No appointment needed – WALK-UPS WELCOME!
Ages 6 months to 11 years old & 12+
Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be offered.
* ALL DOSES & BOOSTERS AVAILABLE *
Please bring a health insurance card and photo ID if you have them, but it is not necessary to have health insurance or ID to receive the vaccine. No one will be turned away for lack of insurance or ID.
