MERIDEN - The Meriden Water Division was recently cited by the Connecticut Department of Public Health for missing a deadline for reporting water sample results and not related to the quality of the city's drinking water.

The state DPH requires that a copy of the violation be included in customers public utilities bills. The June 1 bill contained the notification, which we have attached, in both English and Spanish.

The Water Division provided context in their explanation of the violation, in both English and Spanish.
