On Wednesday, March 12, former Xavier High School standout Blake Beattie’s current college team, the New Haven Chargers, won 22-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Georgian Court Lions.
The game took place at Lynn Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Lions this season.
The Chargers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 12 p.m. at Frank Vieira Field against St. Thomas Aquinas Spartans.
