The Yale men’s basketball team has announced its schedule for the 2025–26 season, following a successful previous year in which the Bulldogs finished with a 22–8 record and won the Ivy League Tournament. The new slate includes trips to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Navy, participation in the MGM Springfield Basketball Hall of Fame Classic, and a game against Alabama.

Yale is led by James Jones, who is entering his 27th season as head coach. Jones holds the record for most wins in program history and is considered one of the top coaches in Ivy League basketball.

The Bulldogs will play 12 home games at John J. Lee Amphitheater. The home opener is scheduled for November 15 against Stony Brook. Other non-conference opponents visiting New Haven include Rhode Island, SUNY Maritime, Brandeis, and UIC.

Season tickets are now available for purchase for all 12 home games.

The team’s schedule features several notable matchups:
– Yale opens its season on November 7 at Navy as part of the Veterans Classic, with coverage on CBS Sports Network.
– On November 11, Yale faces Quinnipiac on the road, continuing an in-state rivalry that saw Yale win last year’s meeting.
– From November 21 to 24, Yale will compete in the Paradise Jam tournament in the U.S. Virgin Islands alongside teams such as Green Bay, UMass, Charleston, Iona, Akron, Evansville, and Oregon State.
– On December 10, Yale participates in the MGM Springfield Hall of Fame Classic with a game against UAlbany after a matchup between UMass and Boston College.
– The Bulldogs travel to Alabama on December 29 to face a team that recently made consecutive Elite Eight appearances.
– Ivy League play begins January 5 at Brown and concludes March 7 at home against Princeton.

Ticket prices range from $128 to $560 depending on seat location and eligibility for discounts. For more information or to purchase tickets, fans can contact the Yale Athletics Ticket Office by phone or email.
