- Expansions of the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act
- New Requirements Related to Employees who are Victims of Domestic Violence
- New prohibition on captive audience meetings/31-51q expansion
- Paid FMLA leave/CTFMLA protections
- Recreational marijuana job protection
- Amendments under federal law related to forced arbitration in sexual harassment
