Midstate Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement March 14, 2022.
1st Tuesday of the month beginning in April from 1pm to 2pm
Caring for a loved one can be extremely rewarding. It can also be incredibly stressful. Know you're not alone!
Caregiver support groups are a place to learn more about caregiving (for various types of conditions), get and give emotional support and share experiences. The group offers a safe place to discuss the stresses, challenges and rewards of providing care for a loved one.
This support group is held at and sponsored by Whitney Rehabilitation Center, 2798 Whitney Avenue in Hamden. Light refreshments will be served.
